Solving problems

Solving problems

Do you ever get the feeling some agencies are more interested in anything but your problems? You get the sense that they don't really listen, don't really care? We hope we're different - we LIKE the gritty, complicated projects that no-one else can do.

We want to keep our clients long-term. We get a stable financial base and do a lot of interesting work. They get a team that knows them, the little internal wrinkles that are important and people who are actively interested in their business.

Articles

Design Week!

Well, look at us! Design Week wrote about us in an article talking about some work we’d done with the Environment Agency.

Talking to your customers

This booklet is part of a campaign we’re running about better post-sales communication. Don’t just sell to your customers and forget them – keep communicating.

Royal Enfield win

Here’s an article that appeared in the motorcycle trade press just after we won the Royal Enfield advertising account.

Belstaff win

Belstaff are one of the oldest biking brands in the UK. We were absolutely delighted to be the agency they chose for their 2007 relaunch.

Working with us

Why should you be greeted with a token “Principal” on the first meeting, only for them to be replaced by a Junior Account Manager once you’ve bought?

As a Freeman Christie client, your point of contact – every day - is one of the Agency Principals. We believe that’s the best way to work. We’re able to work like this because we’re very careful indeed about how we schedule, track and project manage jobs.

The more knobs on a bit of hi-fi kit, the worse the end results. It’s the same with agencies.

For our Clients it means jobs that come in on time, on budget and on spec – with creative ideas that will work with YOUR clients and customers. Simple as that.

What people think

Client comments are always a bit difficult. I mean, we're not going to put stuff here like "FC were OK, but they really can't spell", are we? But here are a few nice things people have said about us...

“We’re delighted to have Freeman Christie on-board. They’ve got to grips quickly with some very complex and specialised products and produced an ID that says exactly who we are. They’ve also developed a lot of high-quality marketing material for us to very short deadlines.”Chris Steele, VP Product Development, Digital Vision

"The project was something Yamaha – or anyone else – had never tried before, due to the tremendous amount of research and knowledge required to create it. Freeman Christie were the only agency we asked back. They showed exceptional skill in the creation, design and management of a hugely complex project, and continue to impress us with their ability. They have proved a hugely valuable asset to Yamaha." - Charles Bozon - Yamaha UK

“We engaged FC to advise us on developing a method of visually interpreting complex hydrological concepts for a variety of audiences. Their advice has been essential. They were professional and quickly assessed our requirements. They have become essential and trusted members of our project team. The rest of the project board relies heavily on them to ensure the project is successful.” Steve Fletcher – Environment Agency

Working for us

Really? Are you some sort of masochist*? You must be. We're obsessive, driven, focused and nearly always forget to make the tea. we work daft hours (when we need to) and we have standards that give some people altitude sickness. But we enjoy what we do hugely - doing a lot of work with cool clients who appreciate it when people go the extra mile.

Sounds like your sort of thing? Drop us an email...
